Oligo annealing
This protocol is to anneal two synthetic complement oligos into a double-stranded DNA:
Recipe:
Oligo 1 (100 uM): 1 ul
Oligo 2 (100 Um): 1 ul
1M NaCl: 2.5 ul
ddH2O: 45.5 ul
Total: 50 ul
The annealing will happen immediately after setting up the reaction at room temperature.
