DNA sequencing

Recipe:

Plasmid DNA : x ul (750~1500ng DNA)

100Um primer : 0.4 ul

ddH2O : make up to 15 ul

Total volume : 15 ul

Set up the reaction in one of the pre-payed Eurofin tubes. Login to the Eurofin website (see Uer/Pass file). Click on “tube sequencing” under “DNA sequencing” tab. Input information about your sample as well as the barcode label outside of the Eurofin tube. Submit the order and print out the confirmation page.

Insert your tubes into a ziplock bag. Put the Ziploc bag along with the confirmation page into a pre-labeled UPS envelope. Drop the envelope into a UPS dropbox (the closest one is outside of Capen Hall) or bring it to a UPS store.

If you submit your sample before 7 pm on a weekday, you should get your result back around noon the next day. Login to Eurofin website to download your results.
